Two Injured in Electrical Explosion Near Dupont Circle
There was an electrical explosion in the 1500 block of 19th Street NW at around 10:30 a.m. this morning. A crew of contractors was working on an outdoor, above ground electrical supply at the time, and two workers were injured in the incident.
